Itabashi Ward is one of Tokyo's northern wards, lining the room networks of Saitama, which is right across the Arakawa River toward the north and the city of Wako toward the west. It is customary, calm and family-accommodating, with many beautiful parks and waterway strolls wandering through calm private areas.
