We are looking for 30 LTE RF Planning Engineers and Experts who can start in July ~ August 2020.

Our client in Japan is doubling the size of the RF Planning team with experienced international Network Planning and Optimization experts.

This is a very unique opportunity to plan a greenfield network in a mature market.Japan has particular challenges due to its deep street canyons and extensive indoor areas. This is an industry leading project that offers great growth potential.

• 4G / 5G RF Design

• Indoor Solution Design

• Stadium Coverage Design

• Hotspot Capacity Planning

Requirements:

• Macro, Small Cell & Indoor Planning Specialists are required

• Network Design and Parameter tuning for ensuring contiguous LTE Coverage.

• LTE RF planning engineers should have a good understanding of LTE RF Design fundamentals and the KPIs required to ensure certain QoS.

• Multi Band handover & offload strategy ATOLL, SARF Process, Search Rings experience required

• Due to the current travel restrictions, residents already living in Japan are preferred
