This job role in NDO Japan consulting team will be responsible for supporting the end to end maintenance of AWS platform that is used to host and run execution of Machine Learning modules for customer delivery. The role mainly focuses on ensuring daily operation using AWS platform including troubleshooting.

Key Job Responsibilities

• AWS platform system maintenance i.e. connectivity check, vulnerability check, system health check, other abnormality check - identify root cause of issue, troubleshoot, and ensure issue recovery

• AWS platform operation handling i.e. confirm data sync with external AWS entity, confirm ML modules' operation normality

• Report overall AWS system/operation status to project members

• Support technical team for issue explanation to customer

Key Qualifications

• AWS Certified

• Previous working experience for AWS EC2 environment, Amazon KMS, AWS Inspector, Amazon cloudwatch etc.

• Min 3 years of working experience with AWS/IT platform maintenance related activities

• English language skill is mandatory (Japanese language skill is expected)
